JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of bail enlarging the petitioner in Crime No.95/2020 of Ramanagara Town P.S, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18864 CRL.P No. 8537 of 2025 now in S.C.No.37/2021 pending before III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Ramanagara for the offences punishable under section 364A, 302 and 201 of IPC in the interest of Justice." 2. Heard Sri. Krishne Gowda M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner gets embroiled in a crime in Crime No.95/2020 for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 364A of the IPC. On the crime being registered, the petitioner was taken into custody and after being taken into custody, he prefers an application before the concerned Court seeking his enlargement on bail. The same comes to be turned down. Turning down of which leads the petitioner to this Court in Crl.P.No.8395/2023. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the order dated 30.10.2023. The liberty was sought to approach the concerned Court seeking enlargement on bail.
