01. Nemo for the petitioners.
02. On the last date of hearing i.e., 01.09.2026, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Otherwise also, there is no interim direction operating in the case. The petitioners, in fact, are intending to legitimize act of encroachment of state land comprising khasra No. 88 in village Sidhra, as such, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application.
03. A copy of this order shall be forwarded by the learned Registrar Judicial, Jammu to the respondent No. 4-Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, for the sake of notice and any follow-up action intended at the end of the District Administration with respect to removal of encroachment upon the State Land suffering at the hands of the petitioners.
