1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for directing the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization on the post of Chawkidar.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the
order dated 14/11/2018 passed by this Court in WPS/7218/2018 (Annexure P/4), recommendation has been made by the Chief Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur and the matter has been sent to the State Government, but it has not yet been decided.
3. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner’s case will be decided in accordance with law.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5. Be that as it may, the concerned Divisional Forest Officer is
directed to consider the recommendation made by the Chief Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur and decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents in support of his case. It is made clear that
3 this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s). Sd/-
