1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Doctor by profession but due to the deletion of his name from the voter list, the petitioner is not getting benefit and, as such, he prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate authority.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. WPA 17975 of 2026 is disposed of.
