She has given a representation on 03.02.2026 to the second respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 8656 of 2026 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2026 seeking for issuance of joint patta in her name and her sister’s name Mayajhothi for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
