After some arguements, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to move a fresh application seeking his transfer as per new transfer policy published by the State Government. 3. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
