Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than ten months. Petitioner is a Taxi driver who is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the alleged recovery is 36.394 kgs. of Ganja. Charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court and charges have already been framed. Learned trial court would give priority to the evidence of independent seizure list witnesses. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of seizure list witnesses is over. At this stage, CRM (NDPS) 1569 of 2026 is dismissed.
