And In Re : Raju Mete and others ... Petitioners. Mr. Sandeep Prasad Shaw ... For the State. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the complicity of the present petitioners as has been divulged by the witnesses which is appearing in the case diary. Having considered the same and gravity of the offence, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1769 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
