No 325, Vivek Vihar, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus Smt. Gayatri Devi W/o Late Sh. Late Sh. Dev Narayan, Residing At H. No 765, 1St Floor, Kishangarhiya Mohalla, Nasirabad 305601, Ajmer, Rajasthan ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Sumitra Choudhary Mr. Lokesh Choudhary For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 21/04/2026 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an innocuous prayer in the writ petition that the suit for eviction pending before the learned Trial Court since 2020 may kindly be directed to be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a fixed time frame. 2. Having regard to the nature of the prayer made in the petition and the nature of the suit, wherein eviction has been sought, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J JUBIN /17
