Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The prosecution case as per the informant is that on 31.08.2025, his neighbour i.e. the petitioner along with others started arguing with his son and his friend. The petitioner brought a dagger from his house and assaulted his son and his friend and cut their hands. Earlier also, the petitioner threatened that he will cut his son with sword. 5. Since there is a direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the son of the informant and his friend, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T. Case No.688 of 2025 arising out of Tisra P.S. Case No.55 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Dhanbad stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail application after examination of the victim. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 2nd April, 2026 Madhav/ Uploaded on 06/04/2026
