By the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashment of the order dated 30/06/2026 Annexure P-1, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nava Raipur to District Bemetara. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide interim order passed by this Court in WPS No.5139/2026 (Shoeb Qazi Vs. State of C.G. & Ors), wherein the present petitioner has been arrayed as respondent No.3, the said writ petitioner (Shoeb Qazi) was directed to be continued at his place of posting i.e. District Bemetara. On account of the said interim order, the present petitioner is not in a position to gave his joining at Bemetara and presently he is on leave. 3. On the last date of hearing, time was granted to learned counsel for the State to seek in instruction in this regard. Today, Mr. Praveen Das, learned Addl. Advocate General, appears and submits that since the petitioner in WPS No.5139/2026 is continuing at Bemetara pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the present petitioner G.K. Pandey (Gopy Krishan Pandey) will be permitted to continue at the Office of Labour Commissioner, Nava Raipur. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would agree for the aforesaid submission of the learned State counsel. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to render his services in the 3 Office of Labour Commissioner, Nava Raipur. However, the legality of the validity of the order dated 30/06/2026 passed in respect of the present petitioner as well as the petitioner of WPS No. 5139/2026 will be adjudicated in WPS No. 5139/2026.
