The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent fairly submits that the instant bail application, which has been preferred on behalf of the Union Territory through Station House Officer, Police Station Yaripora, in terms of Section 482 read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing the order dated 08.11.2024 read with order dated 30.11.2024 passed by the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam, in case titled “Umar Yousuf Rather vs UT of J&K Through SHO PS Yaripora” bearing FIR No. 69/2021 under Sections 8/15 of NDPS Act, 207, 3/181 of M.V. Act, has been rendered infructuous in view of the order passed by the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam, on 20.11.2025, whereby the interim bail granted vide order dated 08.11.2024 has been made absolute, and the application was disposed of on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the previous orders, i.e. orders dated 08.11.2024 and 30.11.2024. 02. In support of his contention, the learned counsel for the respondent has produced certified copy of order dated 20.11.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam. The copy of said order is taken on record. 03. In view of the aforesaid development, the instant petition is dismissed, along with all connected application(s), as having been rendered infructuous. However, dismissal of the instant petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, by way of appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
