The petitioner in this writ petition is assailing the proceedings in RRT(2) (S) CR No.107(64)/2013-14 passed by respondent No.2, produced at Annexure-A, in respect of respondent No.87 therein. 4. It is submitted that the said proceedings were challenged before this Court in W.P. No.9521/2021 and connected matters, which came to be allowed by order dated 04.03.2026, produced at Annexure-F. The operative portion reads as under: " i. W.P. No.9521/2021 is partly allowed while directing the respondent- Tahsildar, Assistant Director of Land Records and the Deputy Commissioner to assign a new number to the land belonging to the petitioner in terms of the phodi already conducted. ii. W.P.No. 2548/2024 is allowed while quashing all further proceedings in case No. RRT(S)CR: 107/2013- - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010504232026 NC: 2026:KHC:39291 WP No. 22681 of 2026 14 initiated by the respondent- Special Deputy Commissioner. iii. In so far as W.P.No.22812/2023 is corcerned, the respondent- Tahsildar, jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records shall proceed to identify the lands belonging to the petitioner in terms of the phodi sketch found at Annexure-P in W.P.No. 22812/2023." 5. Having regard to the declaration of law made by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions and considering the facts of the present case, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The jurisdictional Tahsildar, along with the ADLR, shall conduct a spot inspection on 02.09.2026 at 11.00 a.m. and identify the property in question in the presence of the petitioner after issuing prior notice to all concerned parties. - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010504232026 NC: 2026:KHC:39291 WP No. 22681 of 2026 ii) It is further it is made clear that, until the Tahsildar and the ADLR submit their report identifying the land which is the subject matter of the proceedings, the respondents shall not proceed against the petitioner.
