The memorandum dated 6th August, 2026 issued by the Director of Health Services, Government of West Bengal disclosing the name of the petitioner as a Trainee Reserve handed over in Court today by the learned advocate representing the State respondents be retained with the records. 2. It appears therefrom that the petitioner has been permitted to pursue his MS- General Surgery Course (3 Years) from JIPMER, Puducherry. 3. The petitioner is required to submit the release order from his present place of posting for the purpose of joining the course after handing over his official charge. 4. As the petitioner has already taken admission in the said course and he would be required to submit the release order by today, accordingly, the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Rampurhat Health District, Birbhum being the respondent no. 7 is directed to Page 2 take prompt necessary steps to ensure that the release order is issued in favour of the petitioner upon compliance of all necessary formalities by today. Steps for handing over of charge shall also be taken. 5. The authority shall keep in mind that today (07.08.2026) is the last date (on extension) for submitting all documents before JIPMER, Puducherry where the petitioner has taken admission to pursue his MS- General Surgery Course. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
