Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for sometimes submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail. He submits that considering the nature of allegations against the

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. In the event the petitioners surrender before the jurisdictional Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, such application shall be considered by the concerned Court on merits as expeditiously as possible.
