The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no. 35 of 2026 from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, FTC-I at Chandannagar to any learned court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed at Chandannagar Court, by the husband/opposite party herein. 4. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Manikpur, Naskar Para, Rajpur, Sonarpur 2 2 (M), South 24 Parganas, Harinavi, P.S.- Sonarpur, West Bengal, PIN-700 148. 5. Considering the difficulty of the parties herein, Matrimonial Suit no. 35 of 2026 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Hooghly, FTC-I at Chandannagar and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, North 24 Parganas. 6. Learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, North 24 Parganas, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the Additional District Judge, Sealdah, North 24 Parganas, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if the such prayer is made. 8.
