The application for revaluation was pending consideration before the competent authority and the result of the same has not yet been declared. It is submitted that the petitioners have also furnished an undertaking that in case they do not qualify the semester, their admission be cancelled. 3. That despite the fact that the result of revaluation has not yet been declared, respondent No. 5, Head of the Department, Post Graduate Department of Chemistry, has issued communications stating that since the petitioners were required to submit the result of B.Sc. 4th Year (8th Semester) within 45 days and the said period is over and they have failed to submit their result, they WP(C) No. 3000/2026 have been directed to submit the result before 16th September, failing which, their admission would be cancelled. 4.
