The petitioner cannot apprehend and arrest by the investigating authority once the charge sheet has Page No.# 2/2 been submitted. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on or before the 6th of March, 2026. In the meantime, in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 30,000/- with two sureties of like amount one of which shall have immovable property in his name: 1. The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned trial Court without the permission. 2. The petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court on each of the dates fixed by the learned Trial Court for appearance. 3. The petitioner shall not influence any of the witnesses from giving true statements before the learned trial Court during the trial. 4. That the petitioner shall not be involved in any crime in the future. 5.
