Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs,
Order or Direction, declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in not taking action against illegal transportation of sand by 5th Respondent and in not seizing the sand stocked in stock yards at Guntupalli Sand Reach by the 5th Respondent, after expiry of period of MDRC licence issued in favour of 5th Respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to forthwith seize the sand available in the stock yards of Guntupalli Sand Reach, measure the same and take further action by imposing penalty on the 5th Respondent as per provisions of A P Minor Mineral Concession Rules; Award costs and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 35211 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue interim directions to the respondent No.1 to 4 to forthwith stop illegal transporttation of sand by 5th respondent and seize the sand stocked in stock yards of Guntupalli Sand Reach by 5th respondent, pending disposal of the WP.No.28131 of 2014 and pass.
