He states that the despite him contacting and informing the petitioner regarding the mandate of the order passed on 02.02.2026, the petitioner is not cooperating. 2. He further states that he has informed the petitioner that he is moving an application for vacation of stay and withdrawal of the case. 3. Despite this the petitioner has not come forward to engage another counsel or given instructions to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the interim orders stand vacated. 5. Next date of hearing, i.e., 20.04.2026 stands cancelled.
