Poddar ......for the De-facto complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case out of previous grudge. Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. I have taken into account the injury report which reflects the name of the present petitioner, Rajan Gupta. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1656 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
