Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner had obtained proper permission to put up a bridge across a canal from the 5th respondent. However, the petitioner anticipates disturbance from the local public while laying the said bridge and sought the indulgence of this Court. 3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the petitioner's representation, the 3rd respondent police is directed to afford necessary police protection, facilitating the petitioner to put up the bridge, if the permission as submitted by the petitioner is in order.
