The petitioner submitted that he was declared the successful bidder and had paid the entire lease amount. However, before the expiry of the lease period, the respondent Corporation took possession of the swimming pool pursuant to a status quo order passed by this Court in proceedings initiated by the previous lessee. 3. Aggrieved by the premature loss of possession, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking compensation/damages. His grievance is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. 4. Recording the said submission, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 24.04.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
