This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of

2.
A perusal of the aforesaid order would show that the petition was disposed of in the wake of the statement made by the learned State counsel to the effect that the matter is under consideration and an appropriate decision would be taken in due course. The order does not contain any positive direction requiring the respondents to act in a particular manner. Moreover, nothing has been brought on record to show that the State Government has declined to give consideration to the matter.
3.
In view of the same, no alleged violation is shown to have occurred.
4.
The present petition, being bereft of merit, is dismissed.
