ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-
“a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to extend the benefit of revised master pay scale and revised 25 standard pay scale as recommended by the 7the state pay commission which has been approved by the state government vide order dated 22.07.2024 at Annexure-B to the Petitioner as requested by the Petitioner vide representation dated 05.12.2025 submitted to the Respondents 2 and 3 vide Annexures-D & E respectively, under the facts and circumstances of the case; and b) Issue any other appropriate writ, order or orders or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representations dated 05.12.2025 at Annexures-D and E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any
order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representations dated 05.12.2025 at Annexures-D and E and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law bearing in mind State Government Order dated 22.07.2024 at Annexure-B, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
disposed of.
