Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been foisted with the present criminal case because of matrimonial discord and dispute. Learned advocate for the State has handed over the case diary. Statement of the victim relates to serious accusations against both the petitioners. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to grant 2 the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, CRM(A)2641 of 2026 is rejected.
