The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 3. Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and the same is pending. In the meantime, the petitioner has also appeared in the NEET-UG examination and after clear the NEET-UG examination, the petitioner is selected for getting admission in the BDS course. Due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the concerned authority is not providing the domicile certificate due to which the verification of the document has not been conducted by the authority for getting admission in the BDS course. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction upon the respondent authority that is the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chanchal Sub-Division for grant of domicile certificate on temporary basis till disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner. He further undertakes that after 2 disposal of the appeal by the appellate Tribunal, the same may be informed by the petitioner to the concerned authority. 5. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. This Court finds that the petitioner is being selected for getting admission in the BDS course but due to none grant of domicile certificate, the petitioner is not getting the admission in BDS course. 7. Accordingly, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chanchal Sub- Division is directed to provide temporary domicile certificate immediately on completion of all formalities without taking into consideration of deletion of his name from the voter list till the disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 8. The petitioner is directed to submit an undertaking before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chanchal Sub-Division that in case the petitioner failed to succeed before the appellate Tribunal, he will surrender the domicile certificate granted to the petitioner immediately within two days from the date of disposal of the appeal and will not take any benefit from the said domicile certificate. 9. The appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 10. WPA 22263 of 2026 is disposed of. 11. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
