This matter has come up in the list at the instance of petitioner for correction of an order dated 12.08.2026 wherein at paragraph 2 the word ‘he’ and at paragraph 3 the word ‘his’ should be replaced by the word ‘she’ and ‘her’ respectively wherever appear. 2. At this stage, Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, learned Advocate appears and submits that though he along with Ms. Piyas Choudhury represented the State in this matter on 12.08.2026, their names have not been recorded. 3. Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out and also to incorporate the names of the learned Advocate who claims to have represented the State, in the order dated 12.08.2026 without any other alteration. 4.
