Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 19.08.2026 for withdrawal of the petition. The contents of the memo is as under:- MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE PETITION The petitioners humbly submit that, the
order challenged before this Court arises out of the interim maintenance order passed by the Magistrate in C.Misc.No.172/2025. The said maintenance petition i.e., C.Misc. 172/2015 is dismissed and no relief of

maintenance is granted by the learned Magistrate. Therefore, this Crl.R.P. does not survive and the amount of Rs.4,45,000/- that is deposited by the petitioner No.1 be released and returned to the petitioner No.1 back. Wherefore, the Crl.R.P. be disposed off with direction to release the amount of Rs.4,45,000/- to the petitioner No.1 in the interest of justice and equity.
2. In view of the memo and supporting submissions, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount in deposit be refunded to petitioner No.1.
Learned counsel for the respondent orally objects to disburse the said amount to petitioner No.1.
4. In view of dismissal of the domestic violence case filed by the respondent, nothing survives in this petition.

Hence, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount in deposit to petitioner No.1 on proper identification.
