By the present Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks quashment of the order dated 30/12/2022 (Annexure-P/1)whereby the petitioner was transferred from the office of the District Education Officer, Kanker to Government Higher Secondary School, Peedhapal, Block-Kanker, District North Bastar, Kanker, and the consequential relieving order dated 01.07.2026 (Annexure P/2), whereby the petitioner has been relieved from his present place of posting to enable him to join at the transferred place. At the very outset, learned counsel would submit that pursuant to the order dated 30.12.2022, the petitioner has been relieved on 01/07/2026. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner had earlier lodged an FIR against the then Principal of the institution where he has been transferred, who is stated to be in detention. According to the petitioner, there is every apprehension for his life and liberty from the family members of the said Principal. Therefore, at present the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to submit a representation before respondent No.1 by raising his grievances and make a request of change of the place of transfer. 3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In the event, the petitioner submits a representation, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits.
