Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Grievance is inaction on the part of concerned police authorities in registering FIR based on complaint lodged. Prayer is made for giving directions upon the concerned police authorities to take appropriate steps. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 30th July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Tiljala Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the communication that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner 2 criminal prosecution being Tiljala P.S. Case No. 314 of 2026 is initiated and certain steps are taken. As per said communication another criminal prosecution being Tiljala P.S. Case No. 313 of 2026 has been initiated against the petitioner based on complaint of one Manju Das. 5. Concerned police authorities are directed to investigate aforesaid cases and make an endeavour to file report at an early date. 6. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities no further order need be passed on this writ petition at this stage. 7. Writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
