It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that there was a free fight between the parties. There were cases and counter cases filed by both the parties. 2. Both the parties sustained severe injuries. He prays for anticipatory bail. 3. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon the injury report contained in the case diary. He also refers to the statement of the 2 witnesses recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for the anticipatory bail. 4. From the injury report contained in the case diary, it transpires that the victim sustained grievous injury and fracture. 5. According to the case made out by the prosecution, the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the family members of the defacto complainant with bamboo sticks and sharp cutting weapons. Materials in the case diary and injury report show use of sharp cutting weapons. 6. In such circumstances, considering the nature of allegations as well as the materials in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. 8. CRM (A) 2439 of 2026 is dismissed. (Md.Shabbar Rashidi. J)
