JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI and HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE T.M.NADAF ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI) Heard learned counsel for the complainant. 2. In the petition, initiation of contempt proceeding is sought against accused Nos.1 to 3, who are government authorities, for having deliberately disobeyed and disrespected the order dated 05.08.2025, passed in WP.No.17964/2025. 3. We have perused the order of 05.08.2025. The operative part of the order is as follows: "(i) Respondent nos.1 to 3 are at liberty to initiate action against respondent nos.4 and 5 in accordance with law. If any action has to be initiated against respondent nos.4 and 5, due notice will be given to respondent nos.4 and 5 and only after hearing them, an appropriate action will be initiated and not otherwise; - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010011182026 NC: 2026:KHC:42881-DB CCC No. 12 of 2026 (ii) The writ petition is disposed of accordingly." 4. Pursuant to the order dated 28.04.2026, notices were issued to the respondents. 5. Smt.Sinchana (Enrollment No.2124/09) learned counsel states that, she has filed vakalatnama today in the office of the Court, on behalf of accused Nos.1 to 3. Sri.K.B.Loknath, advocate appears for accused Nos.4 and 5. 6. As is evident from perusal of the order, violation of which is alleged that, liberty was accorded to accused Nos.1 to 3, to initiate action against accused Nos.4 and 5 in accordance with law. It was further mentioned that, if any action has to be initiated against accused Nos.4 and 5, due notice will be given to accused Nos.4 and 5 and only after hearing them, an appropriate action will be initiated and not otherwise. It appears that there is a private dispute between the complainant and accused Nos.4 and 5 who, as admitted by learned counsel for the complainant in his submissions, are neighbours. 8.
