Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 to consider the Petitioner for a job at JNV on the grounds of compassionate appointment. b. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, directing Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 to pay the Children Education allowance (CEA) to the ward of the Petitioner and the deceased mother. c. Any other writ, order, direction or relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. An application by the petitioner for compassionate appointment at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Gajanur had been submitted on 05.05.2022 to Respondent No.4, along with necessary documents. 3. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 submits that they had recommended the - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010758422025 NC: 2026:KHC:39255 WP No. 35679 of 2025 said appointment of the petitioner on 25.04.2025, and now, the same is pending consideration before Respondent No.1. 4. The recommendation having been made on 25.04.2025, the same is still pending with Respondent No.1. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court pass the following: ORDER i) Writ Petition is partly allowed; ii) Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the recommendation made by Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 and pass necessary orders within Eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
