3. What has been challenged is an order passed under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963 (for short, "the Act") as regards which the petitioner has a statutory appellate remedy in terms of Section 59 of the Police Act.
4. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory appellate remedy, the petition stands
disposed.
5. In view of the disposal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2026 does not survive for consideration.
