By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P/10) passed by the District Education Officer, Surajpur and the order dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P/12) passed by the Block Education Officer, Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur. 2. Vide order dated 19.06.2026, this Court directed the learned State counsel to seek instructions in the matter. Pursuant to the said direction, learned State counsel, by placing a communication dated 25.06.2026 on record, submits that the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the District Education Officer, Surajpur has since been withdrawn/cancelled and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned State counsel and the communication placed on record, the relief sought in the present writ petition no longer survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 3 4. However, liberty shall be reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach appropriate authority or avail the remedy as may be available to him under the law, if so advised.
