The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the impugned order dated November 29, 2025 wherein the bank has taken a decision for forfeiture of 25% of the total sale consideration of Rs. 19,09,000/- in connection with the sale towards the Property ID: SBIN15196333 dated November 1, 2024 as the petitioner failed the timeline for payment of full consideration amount as per time fixed by the bank. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will take appropriate steps before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal by filing appropriate application and prays for withdrawal of the present writ application. 3. Accordingly, WPA 5768 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum. 2 4. It is made clear that if the petitioner files any application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall consider the request of the petitioner for condonation of delay by filing application.
