1. The petitioner has 8led this petition with the following reliefs:-
“ 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ mandamus/order/direction to the respondent authorities to enter and correct all revenue records in the name of petitioner father including update the online B-1 Khasra in the light of order passed by respondent no. 3 dated 29.12.2023 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased issue appropriate writ of mandamus/order/direction, commanding to the revenue authorities to correction of all revenue records including online B-1 Khasra update in the respect of agricultural land situated at Village Pattharkhan tehsil Bilha district Bilaspur (C.G.) bearing khasra no. 99
3 acre 14.26 acre in the name of petitioner father i.e. Abdul Haleem Khan in the light of memo issued by the respondent no. 2 (Collector Bilaspur (C.G.) dated 06.07.2026). 10.4 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has 8led an appropriate application dated 08.06.2026 in respect of mutation and correction of the names of the legal heirs on account of the death of his father, namely, Abdul Haleem Khan, which is pending for consideration before the concerned Collector.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the perusal of the application, it appears that the application was 8led only on 08.06.2026 and Respondent No. 3/Collector, Bilaspur, issued a memo on 06.07.2026. As such, no direction can be issued to decide the application within a very short period of time, as sought by the petitioner.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, upon due
consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and perusal of the documents available on record, the concerned authority is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition stands disposed of.
