After hearing the counsel for the respondents and after going through the petition, in my opinion it is not necessary to keep this matter pending. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to quash the notice No.15 dated 30.08.2023 (Annexure-24), whereby according to the petitioner, no opportunity was given to him and his application was cancelled without any notice and also quash the notice No.16 dated 01.09.2023 issued by the Examination Controller of the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission which is annexed as Annexure 23. 4. Further, the prayer has been made to include the petitioner in the notice No.16 dated 01.09.2023 of the Examination Controller of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. The petitioner further prayed for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination i.e. Jharkhand Diploma Level, Combined Competitive Examination, 2023 and issue admit card to the petitioner as he is entitled to appear in the said examination. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner in this application has prayed to allow him to appear in the said examination but there was some discrepancy in the application form. He submits that whatever may be, but now the examination has already been conducted and the results have already been published. 6. Considering the fact that the examination has already been conducted, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
