GP FOR ROADS BUILDINGS 4 The Court made the following order: The grievance of the petitioner is that, inspite of making representation dated 25.08.2025, the respondent authorities are not restoring the drainage canal situated in R.S.No.290 belonging to R & B department which is situated in between the petitioner’s oil Palm tree garden in R.S.No.283/2B and the R & B road leading from Saripalli to Dharmaraopet. 2. Heard Ms Tapaswi, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings Department. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that, pursuant to the interim directions of this court on 27.01.2026, the authorities have already passed orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2025 and there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to dispose of the writ petition. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to question the orders passed on the representation dated 25.08.2025. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities have already passed orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2025, this court is inclined to 5 dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed on the representation dated 25.08.2025 before appropriate authority as per law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
