No. 290 belonging to R and B, which is situated in between my Oil Palm Tree Garden in R.S. No. 283/2B, and the R and B Road leading from Saripalli to Dharmaraopet, pursuant to the representations made by me which is causing obstruction to the free flow of water in the drainage canal, situated in Saripalli Village, Jengareddygudem Mandal, Eluru District, illegally in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to consider my representations dated 04.11.2024, 23.12.2024, 07.04.2025, 26.05.2025, 04.08.2025, & 25.08.2025 submitted to the 3'^^ respondent, the Sub Collector, Jangareddygudem, and the R.D.O., Jangareddygudem, through the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR ROADS BUILDINGS 4 The Court made the following order: The grievance of the petitioner is that, inspite of making representation dated 25.08.2025, the respondent authorities are not restoring the drainage canal situated in R.S.No.290 belonging to R & B department which is situated in between the petitioner’s oil Palm tree garden in R.S.No.283/2B and the R & B road leading from Saripalli to Dharmaraopet. 2. Heard Ms Tapaswi, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings Department. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that, pursuant to the interim directions of this court on 27.01.2026, the authorities have already passed orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2025 and there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to dispose of the writ petition. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to question the orders passed on the representation dated 25.08.2025. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities have already passed orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2025, this court is inclined to 5 dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed on the representation dated 25.08.2025 before appropriate authority as per law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
