Almost six years have passed, however, the review petitioner has not been able to take requisite steps for effecting service upon the respondents. Even the steps for substitution of legal heirs of Respondent No. 1, who passed away during pendency of the review petition, have not been taken so far. In view of the aforesaid, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in this Court. As such, the same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution as also for not having taken the requisite steps for the service of the respondents.
