The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.607 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 33, 33C, 41, 42 and 52 of Indian Forest Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that in the tractor three tons coal was loaded. He further submits that the petitioners are neither owners nor drivers of the said tractor and only on suspicion the name of the petitioners have come in the offence report. He then submits that 2026:JHHC:9403 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1192 of 2026 the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in paragraph No.6 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioners have come on suspicion and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.6 of the petition and even they are neither the owners nor the drivers of the said tractor and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
