The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents Nos. 2 to 5 trying to dispossessing of the petitioner from the petitioner temple land of Sri Jagannadha Swamy Vari Temple at Sompeta in Sy. No. 254-1 for an extent of Ac. 0.36 cents, at Mogali- kotturu Revenue Village, Sompeta town Mandal, Srikakulam District without considering the petitioners representation dt. 21.01.2026, without following the due process of the law is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 14, 21 and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondents Nos. 2 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioner from the petitioner temple land of Sri Jagannadha Swamy Vari Temple at sompeta in Sy. No. 254-1 for an extent of Ac. 0.36 cents, at Mogali- kotturu Revenue Village, Sompeta town Mandal, Srikakulam District without following due process of the law and pass…”
