The alleged contemnor appears personally in court today for filing affidavit indicating that she has already complied with the impugned order passed by this court on 06.09.2024. The compliance report, filed by the alleged sole contemnor, namely, Smt. Jamuna Halder, Pradhan, Kautala Gram Panchayat, Village, P.O. and P.S. -Raidighi, South 24 Parganas is taken on record. 2. She appears personally and tenders her unconditional apology for not appearing before 2 this court on earlier occasions as she was not informed about the notice of contempt. 3. Learned counsel representing the alleged contemnor submits that she had already complied with the order passed by this court on 06.09.2024. From the compliance report, it appears that she had complied with the order by passing reasoned order on 21.08.2026. Accordingly, her physical presence is dispensed with. When the order of this court is complied with by the alleged contemnor, no need to keep this application pending for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the contempt application is, thus, disposed of. 5. Rule issued against the alleged contemnor is hereby discharged. 6. A copy of the compliance report has already been served upon the petitioner. No objection raised. 7.
