Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 23.12.2025, 23.12.2025, 09.01.2026, 12.01.2026, 09.01.2026, 12.01.2026 and 05.01.2026 at Annexures-Q, R, S, T, V, W and X respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 23.12.2025, 23.12.2025, 09.01.2026, 12.01.2026, 09.01.2026, 12.01.2026 and 05.01.2026 at Annexures-Q, R, S, T, V, W and X respectively respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18770 WP No. 10859 of 2026 Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
