Mr. Karan Dudhwewala ..for the petitioners Mr. Kallol Mondal Mr. Subir Ganguly Mr. Sandeep Prasad Shaw ..for the State After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Ganguly, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that he does not want to press the present application any further. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1099 of 2026, along with CRAN 1 of 2026, is dismissed as not pressed. Dismissal of the present application, however, shall not preclude the petitioners from raising all points available to them in law at the appropriate stage of the proceedings, including at the stage of framing of charge. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim of the petitioners. Mr. Ganguly further submits that the relevant documents have not, till date, been supplied to the petitioners in terms of Section 231 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Let the documents be supplied to the accused persons within a period of two weeks from date.
