Copies of said communication are 2 made over to learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos. 5 to 12. 5) It is disclosed in said communication that based on the complaint lodged one FIR was registered being Park Street Police Station Case No. 151 dated 30th July, 2026 under certain provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Arms Act. 6) In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities, let investigation be carried out expeditiously and report be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate at an early date. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
