Memo of Evidence, filed by the State in Court today, be kept with the record. 2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim and she has been falsely implicated in this case although she had no role in the alleged offence. It is further submitted that the principal accused is the husband of the victim, who has been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Judge. He prays for anticipatory bail on any terms and conditions. 3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State produces the Memo of Evidence and Case Diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail upon relying on the statements of the 2 witnesses recorded under Section 183 of BNSS. The victim committed suicide within two years of her marriage. 4. Having heard the submission of the respective parties and on perusal of the materials-on-record, Case Diary including the statements recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023, this Court finds the witnesses implicate the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted. This Court finds this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, her prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 2104 of 2026 is, thus, rejected. 6. All concerned parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7. Concerned Department is directed to supply urgent certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
