According to petitioner, she was adjusted on the post of Assistant Teacher, LT Grade in the year 2009. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to grant her benefit of promotion pay scale (Grade Pay of ₹5400/-) from due date. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, petitioner retired on 30.3.2026. He further submits that similar issue was decided by this Court in WPSS No. 364 of 2023. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the competent authority by making a detailed representation. If she makes representation to the Additional Director, School Education, Pauri within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
