1. None appears nor any representation made on behalf of the applicants to press this revision on repeated calls. 2. The present revision petition has been :led by the applicants with the following prayer:-
“In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the Applicant humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: A. Call for the entire records of the case; and/or, B. Allow the present revision petition and set aside the impugned $nal judgment and order dated 21.01.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Camp Family Court at Katghora, District Korba (C.G.)in Criminal Miscellaneous Judicial Case (Cr.M.J.C) No. 73/2023; and/or, C. Grant a sum of maintenance of Rs. 50,000/- per month to the Applicants from the date of $ling of application, in the interest of justice, and considering the factors laid down in the case of Rajnesh v. Neha, (2021) 2 SCC 324 or any other sum of amount as the Hon'ble Court may deem $t, and/or;
3 D. Pass such other orders, directions & reliefs, which this Hon'ble Court may think $t & proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
